ALABEL, Sarangani (August 9, 2012) – Vice Governor Steve Chiongbian Solon greets teachers from across the province during the opening program and teachers presentation in celebration of 19th foundation anniversary of DepEd Sarangani. This year’s theme is “Education Revolution: A commitment to access and quality basic education” with festivities by some 3,000 teachers held at the Provincial Capitol Grandstand Thursday, August 9.
