ALABEL, Sarangani (February 7, 2011) – Beneficiary Patricio Perfecto receives a certificate of stewardship and the key of ownership from Acting Governor Steve Chiongbian Solon after completing 72 hours of work for his own house during the turnover ceremony of 107 housing units Friday, (February 4), at barangay Spring’s Springhill Village, a joint shelter assistance project of the provincial and municipal government and the Department of Social Welfare and Development- XII.
