MALAPATAN, Sarangani (August 23, 2011) – Vice Governor Steve Chiongbian Solon talks before volunteers of Integrated Barangay Defense Force of barangay Poblacion as he gives emphasis on the importance of the training on basic life support first aid and disaster management at the municipal gymnasium Tuesday, August 23. The training is in partnership with the office of the Vice Governor, Red Cross Gensan Chapter, Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction Management Office, municipal and barangay government units.
