GENERAL SANTOS CITY (March 27, 2015) – Sarangani Governor Steve Chiongbian Solon commends Malungon officials and their constituents for a job well done having been certified “zero open defecation” in the whole province of Sarangani. The Sangguniang Panlalawigan during the 11th regular session on March 24 unanimously approved a “Resolution Declaring the Municipality of Malungon as the 1st Zero Open Defecation (100% Access to Sanitary Toilet) Practicing Municipality in the Province of Sarangani.” (Jake T.
