GUMASA, Sarangani (May 18, 2015) – Flyboarding is providing people more ways to enjoy Sarbay, the biggest summer beach festival in the Philippines. Dare to fly! It's easy and it's fun. The one flying is Mr. Guy, a professional flyboarding instructor. Noel Santiago of NPS Aqua Sports brought Mr. Guy to Sarbay.
