MAASIM, Sarangani (January 17, 2012) - Governor Migs Dominguez and Susana Marcaida, director of the Office of the Presidential Adviser on the Peace Process (OPAPP), lead the ceremonial ground breaking of community peace center Monday, January 16, at Lumatil Integrated School campus. The center is one of the community infrastructure projects for barangay Lumatil from the OPAPP through its PDC (peace and development community) PAMANA (Payapa at Masaganang Pamayanan Program) as witnessed by (from right to left) Vice Mayor Utto Salem Cutan, Vice Governor Steve Solon, Board Member Lim Gacula, Barangay Captain Bonnie Sultan and Vice Governor of ARMM Bainon Karon, Al Hadja.
