GLAN, Sarangani (April 19, 2012) – A Philippine flag-inspired kite is prepared to fly up the sky over the black sand beaches of Glan Thursday, April 19, during the inter-barangay kite flying competition as one of the highlights of the opening day of Mahin Festival celebration.
