ALABEL, Sarangani (April 24, 2012) – Sarangani Province Employees’ Union (SPEU) president Anacleto Sayang awards a check amounting to P20,000 as retirement pay from being a member of SPEU to Rodrigo Fantin, a provincial security guard, during the flag raising ceremony at the Capitol Monday, April 23.
