ALABEL, Sarangani (January 21, 2014) – Atty. Felipe Vicente Velasco, outgoing head of the Sarangani Province Prosecutor’s Office (SPPO), gives his farewell message before Capitol officials and employees Monday, January 20. Velasco, 65, who served as provincial prosecutor from 2006 to 2014, was given a plaque of recognition by the provincial government for being instrumental in the successful implementation of Sarangani Justice on Wheels (JOWs) Program from its inception up to the present.
