ALABEL, Sarangani (February 19, 2014) - National Dairy Authority (NDA) chairman Sonny Lozano pays a courtesy call to Governor Steve Chiongbian Solon Tuesday, February 18, at the Capitol. The NDA offers partnership and possible investment in Sarangani. The NDA will hold the 17th Dairy Congress and Expo on May 7-9 in General Santos City.
