GENERAL SANTOS CITY (March 1, 2014) - The James L. Chiongbian National Trade School (formerly Kling National High School), one of the two performing arts groups from Kiamba, Sarangani bagged the 1st Place in the "Kadsagayan sa Buyang: Street Dance Competition" during the last day of Kalilangan 2014 Thursday, February 27. Six contingents joined the Kalilangan street dancing competition coinciding with the 75th Foundation Anniversary of General Santos City. The James L.
