GENERAL, SANTOS CITY (February 24, 2014) – Sarangani Governor Steve Chiongbian Solon (extreme right) hands over a Plaque of Appreciation to Ruth Estacio (2nd from right) for her dedication and commitment in serving Sarangani Province as Assistant Schools Division Superintendent of the Department of Education. The tribute was held at Phela Grande Hotel on February 21.
