ALABEL, Sarangani (February 4, 2015) - Governor Steve Chiongbian Solon hands in Tuesday, February 3, to the federation president of former rebels (FR) in Sarangani Province a P30,000 cash assistance out of his personal pocket as a starter fund for the newly-formed alliance of the three FR associations namely Malapatan Returnees for Peace Development Association, Malungon Returnees Association, and Alegria Returnees for Peace Association.
