MAITUM, Sarangani (February 14, 2015) - Melencio Balanag Jr. expresses his gratitude for the warm welcome given by the Local Government Unit of Maitum during the turnover ceremonies on February 9 at the municipal hall. Balanag is the newly-installed municipal local government operations officer (MLGOO). He replaced Rodolfo Jerez who will be assigned at the DILG provincial office.
