Jinkee Pacquiao and Board Member Elmer De Peralta give haircut to students of Lagunsay Elementary School during the “Goodbye Kuto, Hello Haircut and Shampoo” personal hygiene and proper grooming campaign at Barangay Kling on March 13. This activity, which aims to provide awareness on maintaining personal cleanliness and good grooming among students, is initiated by Emmanuel and Jinkee’s Heart Foundation, Inc. in partnership with the Vice Governor’s Office.
