MALUNGON, Sarangani (March 6, 2015) – The project staff of the Office of Vice Governor Jinkee Pacquiao together with the resource person, Theofanny Joy D. Cabanda, conducted a one-day Project Management Training among the members of Kiblat Women’s Association, which produces herbal tea, on March 4. This is already the second training received by the association under the Women Health and Livelihood component of the Gal E’ Libun Project of the Vice Governor’s Office.
