MAITUM, Sarangani (September 4, 2011) – Mayor Elsie Perrett and Association of Barangay Captains president and Board Member George Perrett (couple in the middle) welcome bloggers from Manila and other parts of Mindanao Friday, September 2. The bloggers were accompanied by Avel Manansala, media communications officer of General Santos City, and organizer of the tour. The tour is part of the ongoing Tuna Festival celebration.
