Congressional spouses headed by Dr. Rose Acharon, wife of South
Cotabato 1st District Representative Pedro Acharon Jr., as they arrive
at the Sewage Treatment Facility in Alabel Monday, September 5. The
CSFI visit in Sarangani is the last leg of their Lakbay Aral tour in
