ALABEL, Sarangani (December 8, 2011) – Dr. Allan Farnazo, Sarangani schools division superintendent, leads his teachers in a contemporary dance to welcome participants of the 10th Philippine Schools District Supervisors Association annual national convention Wednesday, December 7, at the Capitol gymnasium. The convention seeks to strengthen the district supervisors’ roles and functions towards effective and quality instruction.
