ALABEL, Sarangani (December 1, 2011) - Youth association chapter federation presidents light the torches for friendship at the opening of the two-day Provincial Youth Summit Thursday, December 1, at the Capitol gymnasium. One objective of the summit is to heighten the social awareness of the out-of-school youth through development forum to identify emerging issues affecting them and their corresponding solutions.
