MAASIM, Sarangani (November 28, 2011) – Barangay Kabatiol Chairman Noel Tapan extends his appreciation being the recipient of the Mindanao Rural Development Program (MRDP) Bangka Project. The Kabatiol Fishermen’s Association received six new motorized bangkas worth P250,000 funded by World Bank, the Department of Agriculture thru MRDP and the Local Government of Maasim Monday, November 28.
