GLAN, Sarangani (February 19, 2012) – Vice Governor Steve Chiongbian Solon greets members of Parents-Teachers Association (PTA) from barangays Batulaki, Rio Del Pilar and San Jose during the joint celebration of PTA day and general assembly from the schools of Panambalan Elementary School of Rio Del Pilar, Batulaki Integrated School and San Jose Elementary School on February 16.
