GUMASA, Sarangani (May 20, 2011) - Governor Migs Dominguez, Mayor Tata Yap, Congressman Manny Pacquiao, and Mayor Alfonso Singcoy are joined by film actor Paulo Contis and Jojo Villano, assistant Secretary General of the League of Provinces of the Philippines, during the Sarangani Bay Festival celebration in Gumasa.
