MALAPATAN, Sarangani (April 25, 2011) – Provincial School Board teacher Rosemarie Abrea from Lun Padidu Elementary School teaches consonant and vowel sounds to incoming Grade 2 pupils of PH Millona Elementary School on its first day of classes for Sarangani Big Brother (SBB) season 4.
