ALABEL, Sarangani (May 11, 2011) – Governor Migs Dominguez, honorary chair of the Sarangani Bay Festival 2011 Executive Committee, with Board Member Eleanor Saguiguit, answers a question from the media during the press conference Wednesday, May 11, at the Kasfala Conference Room. Organizers pegged guests and tourists arrivals for the festival from May 19 to 21 at 30,000 this year with added personalities like fighting Congressman and world boxing champ Emmanuel “Pacman” Pacquiao who will be gracing the summer event and Southern Philippines’ biggest beach party.
