MAITUM, Sarangani (July 24, 2011) - Kabalikat Maitum, a civic organization, together with personnel of the Philippine National Police and 73rd Infantry Battalion, pose with local government representatives during a civic action program Wednesday, July 20, at Tuanadatu Elementary School.
