ALABEL, Sarangani (September 3, 2011) - Vice Governor Steve Chiongbian
Solon; Dr. Allan Farnazo, Sarangani schools division superintendent of
the Department of Education; and director Roger Villa, national
director of the Boy Scouts of the Philippines pose with teachers
during the Wood Badge Training conducted by BSP Friday, September 2.
The training aims to teach the teachers different survival skills
