ALABEL, Sarangani (August 13, 2012) – Board Member Virgilio Clark Tobias (left) delivers 31 wheelchairs for Persons with Disability (PWD) and senior citizens of Alabel and received by the beneficiaries with Mayor Corazon Grafilo (center) and Vice Mayor Vic Paul Salarda (right) as witnesses Monday, August 13. These wheelchairs are part of the 200 wheelchairs given to the province from Dole Philippines and Mahintana Foundation through the Provincial Government of Sarangani.
