GENERAL SANTOS CITY (April 11, 2014) – A TV crew interviews Governor Steve Chiongbian Solon with regards to the upcoming fight of Congressman Emmanuel “Manny” Pacquiao this Sunday. The local government of Sarangani will be giving a free pay-per-view screening of the Pacquiao-Bradley Fight at the Capitol gymnasium. Gov.
