GUMASA, Sarangani (April 27, 2014) – These are part of the 56 huge colorful kites that dominated the sky as contenders of Palupad Tabanog (kite flying), another competition of Mahin Festival 2014, at Gumasa beach Saturday, April 26. First place is the butterfly design, 2nd place-black diamond design, and 3rd place-airplane design.
