ALABEL, Sarangani (March 31, 2014) - During the Capitol flag raising ceremony Monday, March 31, Governor Steve Chiongbian Solon recognizes 2nd Lt. Jairus O. Fantin (center), 21 years old from Malandag, Malungon and 2nd Lt. Jacquelyn A. Mejia (right), 21, who both belong to the Philippine Military Academy Batch 2014. Fantin and Mejia finished high school at Alabel National Science High School. 2nd Lt. Fantin is the son of Roberto B.
