ALABEL, Sarangani (April 23, 2014) - Governor Steve Chiongbian Solon (extreme right) updates Health Secretary Enrique Ona (extreme left) on the ongoing construction of Sarangani Medical Center (SMC) or provincial hospital during a site visit of the project at Capitol compound Tuesday, April 22. The project funded by the Department of Health (DOH) and the local government is already assessed at 95% complete out of the P50M fund DOH initially allocated for the project. Also in photo are Rep.
