MAASIM, Sarangani (July 23, 2015) - The Department of Trade and Industry-Sarangani Provincial Office releases on July 13 P500,000 to the Local Government Unit (LGU) of Maasim for the implementation of projects under the Bottom-Up Budgeting (BuB). The objective of BuB is to develop the overall capacity of LGUs. Aside from delivering basic social services, they will also become income-generating hubs for growth that develop industries to provide jobs and livelihood for their people. Municipal Planning and Development Officer Alberto Arquillano received the check together with municipal officials and members of the Maasim Council of Women, the program target beneficiary.
