ALABEL, Sarangani (July 19, 2015) – Morsalin Diga, Provincial Health Office sanitary inspector, interviews Marcelita Palawan regarding the access to sanitary toilet in Barangay Paraiso. This is to verify the declaration of the barangay as a Zero Open Defecation (ZOD) area by the municipal government of Alabel. This initiative is part of the Sulong Kalusugan-JINKEENATION, a province-wide sanitation campaign in support to the provincial goal of Sarangani as a ZOD province in 2016. (Marvin N.
