ALABEL, Sarangani (April 4, 2011) – Southern Philippines Power Corporation and Conrado and Ladislawa Alcantara Foundation, Inc. donated this first concrete school building in the village to Nop Primary School located at barangay Spring inaugurated Monday, April 4.
