GLAN, Sarangani (April 16, 2011) – Mayor Victor James Yap, Sr. (center), together with municipal officials and employees, release balloons to formally open the First Mahin Festival at The Grove Beach Resort in barangay Tango Glan Friday, April 15. Mahin Festival kicks off the summer season in Sarangani with a whole range of beach fun games and activities from April 15 to 17. The festival also restores the traditional beach activities of the local people here and highlights other crowd-drawing “summer fun” activities at the white sands of Gumasa.
