Big brother for reformed education

MALUNGON, Sarangani (May 31, 2012) - Governor Migs Dominguez speaks as big brother for education before a crowd of 2,000 youth volunteers and teachers during the provincial culmination of “Sarangani Big Brother (SBB): Reading is Fun!” program Wednesday, May 30, at Malandag gymnasium. The governor launched SBB five years ago to set the stage for education reforms in public schools throughout the province, along with a special unit under his office – the Quality Education for Sarangani Today.
