GLAN, Sarangani (June 2, 2012) – With TB Oceania 1 (tug boat) partly hidden, DB Oceania 2 (deck cargo barge) from Malaysia dumps dark-colored waste (seen at the aft) at 4pm on May 26 at Sarangani Bay Protected Seascape in violation of Philippine environment and fishery laws.
