MAITUM, Sarangani (May 29, 2012) – Some 6,000 rubber seedlings are prepared for distribution to barangay Kalaong and barangay Upo residents. The rubber seedlings came from the Department of Agriculture under its High Value Crop Development Program to help increase income, create livelihood opportunity and contribute to national agricultural development.
