MALUNGON, Sarangani (May 31, 2012) - Department of Education Undersecretary Rizalino Rivera is the guest speaker of the provincial culmination of “Sarangani Big Brother (SBB): Reading is Fun!” program Wednesday, May 30, at Malandag gymnasium. Rivera said he will recommend to the Education Secretary that SBB, the summer remedial reading program of Sarangani, be replicated in all schools nationwide.
