CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY (November 10, 2011) – Sarangani Governor Migs Dominguez makes a presentation on the best practices in the implementation of 4P’s (Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program) in his province Thursday, November 10, at Pearlmont Inn during the three-day national consultation with provincial governors. Governor Dominguez was also tasked to share the best practices in Mindanao while Governor David Suarez of Quezon and Governor Victor Tangco of Capiz shared that of Luzon and the Visayas, respectively.
