ALABEL, Sarangani (November 25, 2011) – Members of Sangguniang Panlalawigan of Sarangani welcome Vice President Jejomar Binay as guest of honor in the province’s founding anniversary and MunaTo Festival. It was also the tribute program for the founder and father of the province, the late Congressman James L. Chiongbian, as the Capitol building is named after him.
