MAASIM, Sarangani (November 23, 2011) – Governor Migs Dominguez listens as a teacher from barangay Lumasal points out reasons why they are qualified to avail of projects from Kalahi-CIDSS during the Inter-Barangay Forum Wednesday, November 23. The governor urged every barangay to initiate development within its territory. Kalahi-CIDSS is the national government’s flagship poverty–alleviation project which stands for Kapit-Bisig Laban sa Kahirapan–Comprehensive and Integrated Delivery of Social Services through the financial support of the World Bank.
