ALABEL, Sarangani (November 25, 2011) – Vice Mayor Sherlyn Nograles (right) of General Santos City together with Vice Governor Steve Chiongbian Solon of Sarangani (2nd right) welcome Vice President Jejomar Binay as he arrives at General Santos City International Airport. Binay visited Gensan and was the guest of honor of Sarangani during the celebration of MunaTo Festival. Also in the airport were Gensan Mayor Darlene Antonino, city councilors and military officials.
