ALABEL, Sarangani (November 25, 2011) – Vice President Jejomar Binay (left) is given military arrival honors by Col. Glorioso Miranda, commander of the 1002 Philippine Army Brigade, during the second day of the 9th MunaTo Festival and 19th Foundation Anniversary of Sarangani Friday, November 25. Binay turned over P500,000 checks each for senior citizens buildings in Malapatan, Maasim, Maitum, and Glan.
