ALABEL, Sarangani (September 19, 2012) - Governor Migs Dominguez finds time talking to school kids during the KKK (Karunungan Kontra Kahirapan) education revolution Barangay Pag-asa education summit Wednesday, September 19, at the village multi-purpose building. One of the agenda of the education revolution is to highlight the public-private partnership in the quest for quality education in the barangay level. Looking on is Annalie Edday, Quality Education for Sarangani Today (QUEST) program manager. QUEST is a flagship education reform program of the governor.
