ALABEL, Sarangani (September 3, 2012) – Thousands of government workers and officials open the Philippine Civil Service 112th Anniversary celebration Monday, September 3, at the Capitol gym. This year's theme is "Kawani, Ikaw Ay Isang Lingkod Bayan." All government agencies are part of the celebration. This month-long anniversary celebration is in coordination with the Council of Personnel Officers Sarangani and General Santos City Chapter. It is highlighted by an inter-agency sports fest participated in by various government agencies in SarGen area.
