ALABEL, Sarangani (September 19, 2012) – From left, Board Member Abdulracman Pangolima, Board Member Virgilio Tobias, Mayor Corazon Sunga-Grafilo, Vice Mayor Vic Paul Salarda, municipal administrator Vicky Wuertz and municipal engineer Vicente dela Cruz break ground for the construction of National Child Development Center along Pres. E. Quirino St. at Barangay Poblacion recently. The P2.3 million building project is a grant from the Office of the President through the Early Childhood Care and Development (ECCD) Council chaired by Teresita Inciong. The center would be a playing and sleeping facility for children 0-6 years of age which could greatly help their growth and development. It will also serve as an office for daycare teachers.
