MALUNGON, Sarangani (September 9, 2012) – Philippine Army soldiers lead the clean-up of roads in barangay Malandag Sunday, September 9, in the wake of the flash flood that struck neighboring villages the night before. Army and police personnel together with the Malungon LGU and the community had completed the clearing of flash flood debris in the river banks, roads and houses of affected families.
