ALABEL, Sarangani (September 4, 2012) – Vice Governor Steve Chiongbian Solon leads the oath of sportsmanship during the opening salvo Monday, September 3, of the celebration of 112th anniversary of Philippine Civil Service participated in by government employees from General Santos City and Sarangani at the Capitol gym. This year's theme is "Kawani, Ikaw Ay Isang Lingkod Bayan." This month-long anniversary celebration is highlighted by the inter-agency sportsfest.
